Rima was breathing hard now, 'too much moving around isn't good for your body' she remembered her doctor reminding her.

She was jumping around, dodging, trying to fight back. Gloves weren't her thing, but they were they only weapon she could hold now.

"I have to hold them off from getting into the school" She breath in more air rapidly when someone or something touched her from the behind, it was a damn creepy death, but she was surprised, too surprised that she screamed.

She jumped away, holding her chest, "that was ... too freaky" she thought.

The death that appeared to touch her from behind bcame more and more visible by the moment and drew closer to her,...than it spoke....
"T__T, rima chan, u can be very mean at times, i came to help you and tis's wht u call me? T___T
i'm KAI, and i've come here to protect a girl from harm! u can count on me! but tell me first, what the hell are these guys and their weakness is....???"

Rima blinked once...and another time when she saw the young blue hair junior talk to her.

First of all, what was he doing here? Did he also know about the death hours?

Then she remembered what her father, the principal had told her, "there will be other students or teachers who will also acknowledge the death hours..."

So Kai-sempai was one of those people, she thought. Rima sighed, "Kai-sempai...you scared me to dead...I thought you were one of them." she pointed at the things. "I don't know their weaknesses, actually, this is my first actual combat with them...I am not that experienced either..."

"hey, it's kinda true that i know abt 'em but it's the first time i've seen these unholy disgusting creeps. so, it seems to me tat u also dun know abt their weaknesses? okay then, if we want to get out of here alive tonight, we'll have to try someting...so let's start on it...get your ass moving unless u want ur butt kicked!"

Kai yelled at Rima to get up and fight ... even though they're heavily outnumbered, kai just hoped for a miracle to happen ... and decided to stand up and fight.

Rima gave another blink at Kai, one second he was a sweet guy and the other he was shouting at her. Did he have two personalities ? Or what ?

Rima got up and put herself into the mood, "killing is not good, but this wouldn't be called killing would it?" she told herself.

Rima turned to Kai, "Kai-senpai, there is something that I know, when the death hours are over the deaths go back to their own graves, or in other words, the school. They can't stand the sunlight. That's all I know for now"

"Sunlight? i mean how r we supposed to get sunlight in this time of hour? wait... wht time is it now Touya-san?"

Saying all those stuff, Kai swiftly jumped one of the death's claw attack and jumped by Rima's side.

"So, any of your punches worked? cos now i dun hav any weapons on me except Tama-chan's notebook. Got any other Plans? like Plan B or C?"

Rima shrugged, "I have no idea, I don't do watches"

"my punches ren't very strong, we'll just have to wait for backup"

"nah, dun just rely on it...i'll protect you...so get ur ass up DUMBASS!"

Kai kicked one of the death's head into the wall, crushing it completely open.

"Damn, That HURT! Geez, did they drink milk when they were alive? anyways, let's make it out! come on Touya san!"


Saying that, Kai got back to back with Rima and took the fighting stance...
'Good thing i learnt taikwando while i was little' he thougth to himself

Rima stopped as her cellphone rang, she picked it up.

Who would call her that late? She thought.

"hello?" she started, "oh..hite..yes...erm...okay...if we can we'll...okay"

she hung up, "that was my father's assistant, she said that reinforcements will come soon...so Kai-senpai, don't worry, they'll come soon"




She stopped as soon as she saw a junior, she knew him but he was still a blur and does he also know about the Death hours? She thought, or was he this reinforcement?

She broke a sweat after he came running and threw a rock, nope, not the reinforcement, she thought.

but at least he had the heart to help her and Kai-senpai who changes his mind every second..

"I don't know what is happening but looks like those monsters aren't afraid of anything.Seems like I need to use my katana at all, or there is no hope in defeating them"
Thinking like that, Byakuya drew out his katana, which was kept secretly to hide his identity. When drawn out, the katana had regained its original length and shone brightly under the moon.
"Feel my wrath" (~~slash~~)
"let me take your life" (~another slash~)
"Die there!!" (~the third slash~)
"Oh shit!!, they are so persistent and hard to slash deep into their flesh, What are they????"

"Kai, do you have any idea what they are, and that girl over there, are you OK with your wounds? Don't overdo it!!" shouting like that, he took the stance beside the girl and

killed another enemy!
"Hey lass, do you know what they are? How can we defeat them? They looks untiring. If it goes on like this, all of us will die..."

Suddenly as the young boy who had long black hair talked to the girl with orange hair that she had tied into two knots, one of the damn monsters was shooting up right at him.

Rai jumped in between them, and slashed his white-red sword at the creature,

"humph," he started, "these creatures are still damn annoying..." he kicked another one "annoying then before" he whispered.

"Who is the kid of the Touya family?" he shouted at the 3 students, he pointed at the 3 of them, "u? you? or YOU?" he asked.

"And yes, I am an old dude and yes i am a teacher. And no i am not here to help you"

"well then what r you?? or wait ... who r you???" @__@ kai asked confused!

"anyways, hey guys, please hold out for a while since you have weapons and strong legs n fists. I will take Touya-san to somewhere safe first!, just don't die until i come back okay??? i promise i will be back!" Kai shouted as he lifted Rima and start walking towards the exit stairs.

"Well, looks like it is the only way.."
Seeing the new reinforcement, Byakuya felt easy. He had regained his spirit to fight.
"Don't worry Kai, We can hold on to the end. Just make sure that both of you are safe."
As he slashed his katana, Byakuya shouted back at Kai.

Rima looked at Kai surprised, "take me somewhere save?" she asked but suddenly she was picked up by him.

She blushed, "What are you doing, Kai-senpai??!!! Put me down, I have to fight too!" she shouted.

Rai hit his forehead, was this boy just taking his jackpot? err, or he meant the Touya girl he had to protect?

Rai looked around then at his watch, "it's almost over" he said, "just a little more"

He kicked some deaths.

"These monsters are so persistent.. Looks like they don't understand the decisive power gap that they can never reach in a millineum of struggle..
Byakuya avoided one of the deaths and slashed him..
"Hey, you.. LOOK OUT!!!!!!"

Rai dodged another attack from the death but he got scratched on the arm, "damn, they are getting faster then i thought" he thought, "or is it that i have become weaker..."

He was getting angry, no death, he was never gonna allow any death to touch him...at all. He got up from his kneel and touched his arm, then he was gonna take something out when something hurt his eyes, "the light?" he turned to the rest "it's ending soon" he informed.

"The Light..hmm..looks like we are saved if these monsters are afraid of the light."
Byakuya took a glance at the surrounding..
"They are running away. Hey, you guy over there. Wanna pursue them?"
Byakuya told the cool looking guy.
